Time: Registration begins at 11:30am next to the Naval Museum. Walk starts at 12:15pm sharp and returns by 12:45 pm
Program:Walking for Health
Be Active Buffalo! is a community walking program of BE ACTIVE NEW YORK STATE, a statewide physical activity initiative of the Wellness Institute of Greater Buffalo (www.creatinghealthycommunities.org). Presented by the Erie Canal Harbor Corporation and Buffalo Place, the moderate paced 30 minute walks take place on the consecutive weeks indicated above.
No Fee : The walks are free, fun, and a healthy way to spend the noon lunch hour.
